Dock Diving is a thrilling, spectator-friendly sport in which dogs compete in jumping distance or height from a dock into a body of water. In addition to having fun, dogs compete for titles and prizes. Rafe, an eight year old Australian Shepherd, is owned by Carolyn Williams, ASVT.
“Thank you so much for all the help and support you have provided to my fantastic Australian Shepherd Rafe. We are grateful for the products that Nutramax Laboratories has developed for joint health and are extremely proud to represent the quality in our everyday lives. Competing in dock diving has given Rafe a new lease on competitive sports since having shoulder surgery in 2007, and we owe that to the superb supplements form Nutramax Laboratories Inc.”
“Rafe is an outstanding competitor and all heart,” adds Williams. Rafe currently holds the Dock Diving titles of #10 Elite Jumper across North America and Canada, # 1 Australian Shepherd in the world for 2009, along with the North East Region’s biggest Jumper title in 2008 with his best jump of 25-feet, 4-inches. “Rafe gives me 110% every time he competes and I thank God for Nutramax Laboratories, Inc. for assisting in providing us with the health and joint support necessary to continue top-notch levels of competition.”
As in other competitive sports, Dock Diving dogs need a healthy diet to maintain muscle necessary for succeeding, as well as high quality supplements to help protect their joints. Williams relies on Dasuquin® and Welactin® to supplement Rafe’s diet. Dasuquin is a joint health supplement that provides Rafe with the ingredients to help support his joints. Welactin is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids in a tasty formulation to help with Rafe’s skin and coat health and his overall wellness. Omega-3 fatty acids have beneficial effects by helping in the following areas: skin/coat health, heart health, kidney health, brain/vision, musculoskeletal, immune system health.
Carolyn Williams has received support from time to time from Nutramax Laboratories, Inc.
